Since it was born, Agroservice Spa has been concerned with selecting the best seeds to then sell and distribute them in over 40 countries. We have always believed in quality and continuous research.
In fact, the acquisition of Isea, a company specialized in research and development that accompanies us in the meticulous selection process, which precedes cultivation, is no coincidence.
The result of this collaboration is the choice to sow and cultivate the einkorn wheat (Monococcum wheat) from which our flours come from, known for their unique nutritional properties and very high digestibility.
From the mill of two ancient grains, selected, we produce three different flours. For all needs.

The monococcus wheat
There was a time when man realized that hunting was no longer necessary for survival and that cereals could be a sufficient form of subsistence for his feeding.
It was at this time that the populations ceased to be only wandering hunters, or nomads, and discovered the potential of the earth. They became farmers. Thanks to that experience, man understood that cereals could become a source of life, a balanced and nutritious food. Wheat became a primordial form of gold, and Monococcus emerged for its specific characteristics as a hardy and nutritious grain. Peculiarities only recently rediscovered.
